We helped kick off a revolution in banking by our work on American Express’s Serve card. We’ve also been part of the fundamentals of commercial banking with our work on loan origination for ECCU. In another major project, we wrote original trading floor applications for MetWest. Wells Fargo, MetWest’s acquirer, continues to use our applications.

Through our work for healthcare clients, ranging from Dexcom to Sharp Medical to Trustmark’s HealthFitness and others, we know first-hand the need for security and rock solid reliability. Our projects have ranged from pharmaceutical billing to workers’ compensation collections to HMO case management software, to medical device monitoring, and other challenges. We are thoroughly conversant in HIPAA and regulations and other essential PIIA issues in medical software, as well as medical taxonomy and mark-up language.

We have been trusted by both public and private essential service companies to update and modify their critical software infrastructures, ranging from airline reservations to utility billing, monitoring and control systems. We have succeeded under tight deadlines, in circumstances where no downtime is possible. We have helped increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness for companies such as SDG&E, Raddix, and Telecom Terminal Systems.

We have worked for public sector clients at the local, state, and federal level. We are proudest of our work supporting the United States and its allies during operations in Afghanistan and Iraq, for which our CEO J.T. Taylor was awarded the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service, the fourth highest U.S. civilian honor. Several of our top personnel currently hold clearances at the Secret level; we have held and are still eligible to obtain higher level clearances as necessary.
